Hey Schmoeville!
It’s been three months since the first trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron was shown to all of the lucky kids sitting in Hall H at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Back when the trailer was first shown, Kevin Feige said it would be awhile before people who weren’t lucky enough to go to Comic-Con this year were going to be seeing the trailer, but he didn’t elaborate on just exactly how long we would have to wait.
Well, looks like we know now.
During last night’s episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Marvel announced that the very first teaser trailer for Age of Ultron will be shown during next week’s episode titled, “A Fractured House.” For those of you wondering, that means the first trailer for one of the most anticipated films of all time will be shown on ABC Tuesday, October 28th at 9pm ET/PT, so set your DVR’s and alarm clocks folks, it’s probably going to be something worth watching.
I don’t think it will be the trailer they showed at Comic-Con though Schmoeville, I wouldn’t be surprised if it is, but from what I heard about the trailer, it seems like a pretty huge thing to show during a TV show. I could be wrong, but that’s just my guess. Although for those of you out there who might accidentally miss next week’s S.H.I.E.L.D. episode, I wouldn’t panic as I imagine the trailer will probably hit the web the second after it airs on TV.
Either way, I guess I might actually end up sitting through another episode of the show since the pilot, smart marketing move by Marvel. Cue the slow clap and the setting of all of our phones to remind us next Tuesday to turn to ABC after The Flash is over.
‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and more! It is directed by Joss Whedon and is set to be released on May May 1st, 2015!
